| Step 1. Open up your editing program with your picture. |

| Step 2. Go to Filter on the top bar. |

| Step 3. Go from Filter>Distortion. |
 |
| Step 4. Filter>Distortion>Bump. |
 |
| Step 5. Put the Pin in the middle of the object you want to bump. |
 |
| Step 6. Change the Scale and Radius to the size you like, and repeat the steps for the other eye. |
